Q: How/why do you charge so much less/more than other stores?

A: We aren't constrained by the limits set by manufacturers, that some stores are, this leaves us free to set prices at a level we think is fair, and also to stock the products we choose; better for us, and our customers.


Q: Are all of your items brand new?

A: No, we also sell a selection of pre-owned shoes. All pre-owned shoes are clearly marked with a condition rating - all of our items are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please see our condition notes page for more info.

Some of our items may be previous season, open box, or with damaged or missing packaging, but all items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
